Reservation Requests

Journey Church uses Planning Center Online Resources to help us manage our facilities by streamlining room and space requests. This helps us keep track of when and how our facilities are being used, which prevents conflicts and double- bookings. Planning Center Online Resources is for Journey Church staff but not the general congregation. Events can only be created, and rooms or resources can only be requested, by someone with permissions in Planning Center Online Resources.

If you don’t have access, email info@journeychurchatx.org to request access to Planning Center Online Resources in order to request additional room and space reservations and to see your current reservations.

Once permissions are granted, you will receive an email from 'noreply@planningcenteronline.com' with Subject the line: '[Journey Church ATX] Welcome to Planning Center Resources'. This email will include instructions for logging into your new account.

Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks ahead, but we can’t guarantee there will be space even that far in advance.

Your request will be reviewed for approval within 3 working days.

(Note: Mondays are not working days for Journey Church)

In the event of a conflict, you will be notified via Planning Center Online Resources if alternative options are available. Approval notices will also come via Planning Center Resources.

Note: Additional room and space reservations requests that are not stipulated in your contract, are subject to additional fees.

It's important that we keep the building in tip-top shape for everyone using the spaces! That's why we've created this online report form so Journey Church can easily address facility needs in a timely and appropriate manner.
